FAQ
Do you provide hosting and a domain?
Hosting is not included in this website setup package. You can provide suitable hosting, or ask about an optional managed hosting and maintenance package quoted separately. Domain registration is separate.
Is the engine licence included?
Yes. The first year of a single-site WG Competition Engine Pro licence is included. Updates and engine support renew at the published rate, currently £99 per year.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, colours, page text, prize details, images you have permission to use, legal wording and suitable hosting. We will arrange access securely.
Does payment integration include approval?
I configure one supported gateway using your approved account. Provider approval and processing fees are outside this package.
What does the support cover?
For 30 days after delivery, I answer setup questions and fix issues with the delivered configuration. New features, ongoing maintenance and third-party changes are separate.
