Do I need to install anything before you start?
Yes. Please install RustDesk from here: https://tinyurl.com/yb63jtzv After it downloads, click run. After ordering, send me the ID and password so I can connect and I will have you complete the installation. All installed programs will be removed upon completion.
Will I lose my files during virus removal?
No. I will only remove malicious files. Your documents, photos, and personal data remain untouched. I do not perform data recovery services.
What if the viruses come back after you fix it?
If the same virus returns within 30 days, I will remove it again at no additional charge.
Can you fix a Mac or Linux computer?
No. Windows only, I do not currently support Mac, Linux, or mobile devices.
How do I know you actually removed everything?
I will provide a detailed PDF report showing you exactly what threats I found and were removed. You are also able to see live screen share during the scan.
