Do you need my account login credentials?
No, you should never share your account passwords. The safest way is to invite me as a collaborator via the platform (Zapier/Make support team members/co-workers features). If that's not possible, we can do a Zoom/Google Meet call, or you can temporarily create a restricted API key for me.
What if the bug cannot be fixed due to a platform limit?
If we discover that the issue is due to a hard limitation of Make/Zapier/n8n or a restriction of the third-party API itself, I will explain the limitation in detail, offer a viable workaround, and if no solution is possible, I will gladly offer a refund.
Can you migrate my workflows from Zapier to Make or n8n?
