Yes. A large part of what I do is act as a claude tutor for people starting from zero. I explain everything in plain language and walk you through it step by step, no prior experience needed.
What is the difference between hiring you for Claude Code versus claude design?
Claude Code is the engine, the actual system doing the work. Claude design covers how it looks and functions for the people using it, things like interfaces, dashboards, and tools your team interacts with. Most projects need both, and I handle them together.
Can you teach my team how to use Claude AI, not just build something for us?
Yes. If your team needs training rather than a finished product, I offer claude tutor sessions so your staff can actually use and maintain what gets built, instead of depending on me for every change.
What exactly does claude automation include?
It covers repetitive tasks that currently take up your team's time, things like reporting, follow ups, data entry, and internal processes. If a task follows a pattern, there is a good chance it can be automated.
Do you only build new systems, or can you fix what I already have?
Both. If your Claude Code setup or workflow is already built but not working properly, I troubleshoot and fix it. If nothing exists yet, I build it from scratch.
What is claude cowork and why would my business need it?
Claude cowork is for teams that need continuous support, not a one time build. Instead of a single project handoff, your team gets an ongoing setup where multiple people can use the same system daily.
I am not technical. Can I still describe my problem in normal terms and get help?
Yes, and honestly most of my clients do exactly that. You do not need to know Claude AI terminology. Describe what is slowing your business down and I will translate that into the right solution.
How do I know if I need claude design work or just a backend automation?
If the project involves something your team or customers will see and interact with, that usually calls for claude design. If it is purely behind the scenes, like moving data or triggering tasks, that is claude automation.

Claude Code is flexible enough to be shaped around almost any business process. The tool itself is general purpose, but the way I build it is always specific to your workflow, your data, and your goals.
