Basic delivers a written process gap analysis in PDF format covering your current workflows, identified gaps, and module recommendations. Standard adds a Configuration Blueprint specifying every module, workflow, and integration required, plus a configuration record documenting every setup decision.
What do I need from YOU before work begins?
Three things. A 60 to 90 minute kickoff call to walk through your current operations. Whatever documentation you have for your workflows: process documents, SOPs, or org charts. If documentation does not exist, this is normal and not a blocker. I build the map through interviews. The names and roles
Does the Basic gap analysis lead to implementation?
Yes. Gap analysis findings guide which package fits next. If you implement through Kuwa Advisory, the Basic fee is credited in full against the implementation cost. If you choose another partner, the gap analysis is yours. No obligation either way.
