FAQ
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or monthly support?
Yes. After the project is completed, I offer optional monthly maintenance packages for updates, new features, and support.
Will the app be scalable?
Yes. Airtable + Softr can handle thousands of records and users. When you outgrow it, the structure is clean enough to migrate later if needed.
What information do you need from me to start?
A clear description of your idea, main features, target users, and any examples or references you like. The more details you share, the better the result.
Can you connect the app to other tools (Stripe, Zapier, Make, Slack, etc.)?
Yes. Through Apps Script, Zapier, or Make, I can connect your MVP to many external tools.
Do you design the UI as well?
Yes. I create clean, professional, and modern interfaces. For Premium packages I also apply basic branding (colors, logo, fonts).
Is this suitable for a real business or just a prototype?
It’s perfect for both. Many clients use these MVPs to validate ideas, onboard early users, and even run their operations while they grow.
Can you add user login and different access levels?
Yes. I can set up authentication and role-based access (Admin, User, Guest, etc.) so different people see different parts of the app.
What kind of automations can you build?
I can create form submissions, email notifications, approval workflows, data syncing, status updates, scheduled tasks, and custom Google Apps Script logic.
Can the app work on mobile?
Yes. Softr apps are fully responsive. For a more native mobile experience, I can also build AppSheet views as part of higher packages.
Do I need my own Softr, Airtable, or Google accounts?
Yes. You’ll need free or paid accounts for the tools we use. I can guide you on the best setup and help you create them if needed.
