Do I need 1,000 followers, and what if I do not have stream key access?
Going LIVE from desktop needs the follower gate cleared, and OBS stream key access is a separate permission on top. If you don't have it, there is a route around it. OBS Virtual Camera feeds straight into TikTok LIVE Studio as a webcam.
Can you fix my stream lag and dropped frames?

Can you help with the LIVE level system?
I can build what supports it, gift goals, leaderboards and level progress visible on screen, plus a setup stable enough for the long consistent streams levelling rewards. I cannot raise your level for you, and anyone promising that is selling you something else.
Will my layout survive multi-guest and PK battles?
That's specifically handled. Multi-guest and battles resize your frame, so I build scenes where your alerts, gift goal and chat sit clear of the split rather than getting covered the moment a battle starts.
Do you offer support after the setup is complete?

Slightly. Shop LIVEs run through LIVE Manager for product pinning and flash sales, usually on a second monitor alongside OBS. Say so when you order and I'll set the pinning workflow up with the stream.
