Charging is based on the number of entries, as this method is beneficial because it gives clients clear visibility of the budget before the project starts and helps them better predict the costs. I can also create a customised gig for your project.

In order for us to work more efficiently, we require bank/credit card statements in either Excel format or as downloaded PDFs from the bank, rather than scanned PDFs. This will enable us to easily extract the data into Excel and complete the bookkeeping tasks more efficiently.

You can send the company file or grant access to your computer via AnyDesk for us to complete the work for you.

We require external accountant or financial advisor access to your QuickBooks Online/Xero account in order for us to begin the bookkeeping work.

The financial statements and bookkeeping records will be provided in Microsoft Excel and will be in the form of a fully automated sheet that can be easily updated.
