I will review your film or ai video with timestamped editing feedback
About this Gig
Something feels off in your film or AI video?
Get a written PDF review with timestamps, clear observations, and practical editing suggestions. I'll explain what interrupts the viewing experience, what is worth keeping, and which changes to tackle first.
I review short films, AI videos, ads, music videos, and social content, focusing on:
- Pacing, shot duration, and editing rhythm
- Framing, composition, lighting, and visual continuity
- How ambient sound and background music affect the scene
- Distracting inconsistencies in AI-generated shots
Each note connects a moment in your video to its effect and a suggested action: keep, trim, cut, rearrange, replace, or regenerate. Annotated screenshots or simple diagrams are included where useful.
My background includes four years of undergraduate training in cinematography and film production, plus hands-on editing and short-film experience.
All packages include the same review approach; choose by video length. One written clarification round is included. A revised cut is a separate review. Editing, audio repair, calls, and recorded walkthroughs are not included.

FAQ
What is the difference between the packages?
Only the maximum video length: 3, 8, or 15 minutes. All tiers use the same review approach and include written feedback on one submitted version. You do not need a higher tier to receive useful visual or sound-related observations.
What do you focus on during the review?
Pacing, shot length, editing rhythm, framing, composition, lighting, visual continuity, and the influence of ambient sound and music. I relate recommendations to your creative goal and the practical limits you share.
Can you review AI-generated videos?
Yes. I assess how generated shots work together and flag distracting visual inconsistencies. I may suggest keeping, shortening, replacing, or regenerating a shot. This is a creative review rather than an exhaustive technical artifact scan.
Will you edit my video or fix its sound?
This order delivers recommendations for you or your editor to apply. Editing, color correction, audio repair, generating new shots, live calls, and recorded walkthroughs are not included.
What exactly will I receive?
A PDF with timecoded observations, viewer impact, suggested changes and priorities, plus visual annotations where useful. The gallery sample is my independent analysis of Elephants Dream, not a client project. Film link and credits are inside.
What does one revision mean for this service?
Send your questions about the delivered notes together. I will explain recommendations or correct an unclear or missing point within the original scope. Watching a newly edited version is a separate review.
Do I need to know what is wrong before ordering?
That is fine if you do not know. Share your video, its intended audience, and the feeling or result you want. Tell me what is unfinished or cannot be changed. You can leave the diagnosis to me.
Can you review unfinished or longer videos?
Rough cuts are welcome. Flag temporary music, missing sound effects, or other unfinished elements. For projects over 15 minutes or multiple versions, contact me first so we can agree on the scope.
What is your filmmaking background?
I have four years of undergraduate training in cinematography and film production, plus hands-on editing and short-film production experience. My feedback applies that training to the specific choices in your video.
Can you keep my unreleased video private?
I will not publish or use your video in my portfolio without permission. Submit only material you are authorized to share. Please discuss any special confidentiality requirements before ordering.
