About this gig
I have a Bachelors degree of Fine Art with History of Art and have several years of experience in digital drawing. I specialise in animal characters and character design. I provide personal character reference sheets for your fursonas! These reference sheets are made with fursuit makers in mind so you can get full use out of your sheet.
Every package includes these basic components:
- Front And Back Of Your Character
- Front Facing Symmetrical Portrait
- Colour Palette
- Text: Name, Species, Gender, Personality
- 3 Background Types: Photo, Simple And No Background (i.e. Transparent)
Available extras for an additional $40 each:
- An Additional View Of Your Character With Clothes
- A Feral View Of Your Character
- An Additional Portrait
- Commercial Use
- A Side View (important for fursuit or animator reference.)
l will:
- Provide a high quality ref sheet in PNG files
- Illustrate a unique image
- Draw any species; including human or mech!

FAQ
Can you draw any species?
Yes, from feline 🐯🦁🐱 and canine 🐶🐺🦊 to hybrids 🦝🐔🐼, mythical 🦄🐲, open species e.g. Felkin, Manokit and Protogen, humans 🧛♂️🧝♀️🧙♂️ and even insects 🦋🐝?!? (I will not draw closed species, please make sure your species is open before ordering.)
Do you draw the back of the character?
Yes, I draw the character face forward and back in all of my reference sheet packages.
(Premium package) What is a 'chibi' ?
Chibi's are small and cute versions of your character. In the premium package I will draw 3 facing forward and you can provide clothing options for each. These Chibi clothing/accessories are part of the premium package and do not have to be purchased as extra.
(Premium Package) What is a 'feral' ?
A feral is the animal version of your character (no human qualities.) This usually includes your character walking on all four paws if they are a canine for example. 🐕🦌🦘🐁
What level of quality is your work?
Each work is completely unique! To know what to expect, please see the commissions of previous customers in the gallery or look at my Instagram page @damsonfox. If I send you wip's, please note that it is not the finished artwork and I am open to making changes before delivery.
Do you draw NSFW?
I am sorry no, deepest apologies. It is against the rules of the site. Hugs, kisses and suggestive poses are fine but not exposed genitalia or sexualised nudity.
What is a revision?
A revision is where I can change faults in the image that I sent to you in my first delivery. Please DO NOT ask me to add anything in a revision that you did not request initially in your requirements; you will be charged for the extra work!
How long does it take you to draw my sheet?
Each reference sheet is drawn from scratch so they do take a considerable time, usually between 1 and 2 weeks. Please be considerate when waiting for your ref sheet as you may also be in a queue. ❤✨
Can I use your work for commercial use?
If you buy art from me it must be for personal use only, i.e. you will not make money from it. Commercial use is available as an add-on for $40, then you can use the artwork as you please.
