What if my STL file is too damaged to fix?
I review every file free before you order. If your file needs a full rebuild rather than a repair I will tell you clearly and suggest the best path forward at no cost to you.
Can you cut and split my 3D model?
Yes. I split models into printable sections that fit your bed and add cut and key joints for clean assembly after printing. Tell me exactly how you need it divided when you me first.
How do you hollow a 3D model correctly?
I hollow models with wall thickness suited to your print method FDM or resin and add drain holes where needed. Let me know your printer type and wall thickness preference when sending your file.
What file types do you work with?
I work with STL, OBJ and 3MF files. Delivery is in STL by default unless another format is requested. If you have a different file type message me first so I can confirm before you order.
Do you do 3D scan cleanup for printing?
Yes. I remove noise, close holes, fix non manifold geometry and reduce polygon count on scanned meshes to make them print ready. Send your scan file before ordering so I can review complexity first.
What if the repair does not work after delivery?
All packages include revisions. Contact me immediately with details and I will fix it fast. I do not close an order until your file prints correctly. A full refund is available if the repair genuinely cannot be completed.
