Do you design the graphics yourself, or use pre-made templates?
Every overlay is built from scratch around your brand, never a generic template. I start with your colors, logo and channel style, then design custom panels, alerts and scenes so your stream looks unique to you, not like everyone else using the same downloaded asset pack.
Do you just send me the design files, or do you set them up in OBS too?
Full setup included. Once the design is ready, I import every scene, source and alert directly into OBS or Streamlabs myself, so everything is positioned, layered and working correctly. You won't need to drag a single file into place, it arrives ready to stream.
What files do I actually receive once the order is delivered?
You get the full source design files (PSD or layered files) plus a ready-to-use OBS or Streamlabs scene collection with everything already added and configured. Depending on your package, you may also receive alert animations exported separately for backup.
Do you configure the chat bots and alerts, or just design them?
Full setup, not just visuals. I design the alert graphics, then add them into your software and connect the triggers so donations, follows and subs actually fire correctly on stream, before handing it over fully tested.
How many revisions are included in my order?
Revisions are set per package, and I will confirm the exact number with you before you place your order so there are no surprises. If you need extra rounds beyond what is included, I am happy to discuss a small add-on rather than leaving you stuck mid-project.
