What do I need to provide before you start?
A Shopify store URL and access to your Gorgias account (or help setting one up). If you're migrating from Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom, I'll need access to that too. Send me a message and we'll sort it out.
Can you set up Gorgias if I don't have a Shopify store?
Yes. Gorgias works with BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce too. I set it up for whatever platform you're on. Just let me know which one.
How long does it take to migrate from Zendesk to Gorgias?
Simple migrations take 3-5 days. Larger setups with custom workflows and automation rules take 7-10 days. I'll give you a clear timeline after we talk about your current setup.
Do you handle ongoing customer support, or just the setup?
This gig is for setup and configuration. If you need ongoing support management, I have a separate gig for that. Message me and I'll point you to it.
Can you train my team on using Gorgias after setup?
Yes. The Premium package includes a 1-hour training session. I can also add training to Standard or Basic for an extra fee. I'll walk your team through ticket management, macros, and reporting.
