What do I need before the session starts?
You need a Windows PC, a stable internet connection, and a few minutes to install the remote access app (I will send simple instructions).

In many cases, yes. I check drivers, updates, and system files to solve common BSOD and crash issues. If the cause is serious hardware damage or a full reinstall is required, I will explain the situation and next steps clearly
Will my PC become faster after this service?
The goal of this gig is to speed up startup and everyday use by cleaning junk, removing unwanted apps, and optimizing background processes. The improvement depends on your hardware and current condition, but most PCs see a noticeable boost after cleanup and optimization.
Do you remove viruses and malware?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages I run deep scans to remove viruses, malware, adware, and browser hijackers. If the infection is extremely severe, I may recommend a clean Windows reinstall for complete safety.
Which Windows versions do you support?
I mainly support Windows 10 and Windows 11 (Home and Pro). If you have an older version like Windows 7, 8.1 or Xp please contact me first before placing an order.
Can you help with gaming performance?
Yes. I can disable unnecessary startup items and services, clean space, check drivers, and adjust basic settings that often improve gaming performance and reduce lag.
What if my problem is not solved?
If the issue cannot be fixed remotely (for example, serious hardware failure), I will explain what I found and suggest the best solution. In such cases, we can discuss a partial job or cancellation according to Fiverr’s rules.
