What information do I need to provide for my app screenshot order?
To streamline the process, kindly provide the titles (or captions) for each screenshot and the screen captures for each screenshot per required device size on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
How many screenshots are included in each package?
The Basic Package offers three screenshots, Standard encompasses six, while the Premium includes up to ten screenshots. Each package provides for all required device sizes on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
Do you create screenshots for all types of apps or only certain kinds?
My expertise extends to most app categories, however, I do not offer services for gaming apps due to the unique skill set they demand.
What if I need screenshots for different device sizes? Is there an extra charge for this?
Not at all. The cost of all device sizes is already included in the pricing of each package.
How long does it typically take for you to complete an order?
The timeline can range from less than 24 hours to 2-3 days, depending on the order complexity and number of revisions. I offer a 24-hour delivery service as an additional option, if required.
Can you revise the screenshots if I am not satisfied with the initial design?
Absolutely. Revisions are a crucial part of achieving the desired design. Each package includes a specific number of revisions.
How many revisions are included in each package?
Each package incorporates four revisions. This is the optimal number determined through my experience with over 800 clients.
What happens if I need more revisions than the package includes?
You have the option to purchase additional revisions, but I generally advise against this since screenshots need to be tested for at least one month before revising the design.
What is the process if I have an app in a non-English language?
I offer localization services as well. Simply let me know the number of languages and provide the titles for each screenshot. I will then adapt the design for each language.
What file format will the final screenshots be delivered in?
I deliver the final images in JPG format, along with preview presentations for each device size. Additionally, you will receive the Figma project file for any future modifications to the screenshots.
