I'm a 3D artist with real hands-on experience in digital sculpting and 3D printing. I'll take your STL or OBJ file and split it into smart, printable sections hiding seams, adding keys so everything locks into place, and making sure every file comes out clean and error-free.
What I'll do for you:
- Smart Splitting Best cut points to reduce supports and hide seams
- Custom Keying Proper keys and tolerances so parts fit perfectly
- Watertight Files Clean, error-free files ready for any slicer
- Sized to Your Printer Just tell me your build volume, I'll handle the rest
- Assembly Notes So you know exactly how it all fits together

FAQ
Do you work with both FDM and Resin printers?
Yep! The approach is a little different for each — with FDM I focus more on reducing supports, and with resin I think about drainage holes and suction issues. Just let me know what you're working with.
What exactly is "keying"?
Think of it like a puzzle piece system. I add small male and female connectors at every cut point so when you go to assemble the model, each piece slots right into place. No more guessing which part goes where or dealing with slipping joints while the glue dries.
My model is too big for my printer. Can you fix that?
That's literally what this gig is for! Just send me your printer's build volume (like 220x220x250mm) and I'll split the model so every section fits perfectly.
Can you split it so I can paint each part separately?
100%. I can split by zones — skin, hair, clothing, armor — so you can paint everything individually before putting it all together. Makes the painting process so much easier.
Will the files actually work in my slicer?
Every file I send back is checked and cleaned. No open edges, no inverted faces, no weird errors. It'll open clean in Cura, Chitubox, Lychee — whatever you use.
How many parts will my model need?
It really depends on the size and complexity. A simple figure might need 4–6 parts, while a full cosplay prop could need 15 or more. I'll always check your model first and let you know what makes the most sense before I start.
