Do you provide the electronics layout or flight controller recommendations?
The design scope covers the airframe, structure, and aerodynamics. I do not specify electronics, flight controllers, or ESCs as part of the standard package. however, I design with your electronics in mind.
Can you design for both fixed wing and multirotor configurations?
Yes, I design fixed wing UAVs, flying wings, conventional RC aircraft, quadrotors, hexrotors, and hybrid VTOL configurations. If you have a specific configuration in mind, describe it in your message and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
Will the airframe actually fly, or is this just a 3D model?
Every airframe I design includes a CG and weight budget analysis and a flight performance estimate covering lift, cruise speed, and endurance. Standard and Premium packages include structural FEA to confirm the airframe holds up under flight loads.
What 3D printing materials and printers do you design for?
I design primarily for FDM printing in PLA, PETG, ASA, and carbon fiber reinforced filaments. Parts are optimized for wall thickness, infill patterns, and print orientation to maximize strength-to-weight ratio.
