A slow site loses visitors before they see anything. Most fixes are the same handful of problems, and they're usually not hard to correct once you know which ones you have.
I audit your site properly real measurements on real devices, not a screenshot of a PageSpeed score then fix what's actually costing you time.
What I look at:
- Images: oversized, uncompressed, wrong format, no lazy loading
- Render-blocking CSS and JavaScript
- Caching: browser, page, object
- Plugin bloat and conflicting scripts
- Slow database queries and bloated tables
- Server and PHP configuration
- Fonts, third-party scripts, tracking overhead
