With 18+ years of experience and certified, I know how to custom tailor exercises and even make a Pilates Program just for your bodily needs. Beginners, Intermediate and Expert are all welcome. I also do rehab/physio Pilates for those who are injured and need special gentle care.

If you like to get a Harder and more Challenging workout be sure to try out my HIIT Pilates Interval training making sure you will be sweating but feeling more Energized throughout the day! (for this training you must be quite fit and have no past injuries), otherwise please consult with your Doctor First and show me your X-ray, as if you have Pain means you are not Ready for this type of Exercises so please do not push yourself.

I can teach mat work or with props even with Pilates machines. I am Qualified and Certified with all full equipments of the Classical Pilates Mechanical System. My teaching is very safe. We can do our session via G-Meets/zoom,..it is up to you which platform you prefer.
