I will write your airbnb listing description and guest welcome book

Is your Airbnb or vacation rental listing getting views but not bookings? A clear, inviting listing and a great guest guide make a real difference.

I write listing titles and descriptions that help guests picture their stay, and I create personalised guest welcome books so they arrive relaxed and stop messaging you with the same questions.

WHAT YOU CAN GET:

- A listing title and description based on your property's real features

- A personalised guest welcome book (PDF): check-in, Wi-Fi, house guide, rules, local tips and check-out

- House rules written kindly but clearly

- 6 ready-to-send guest messages (booking, check-in, check-out, review request and more)

- Printable Wi-Fi and check-out signs

HOW IT WORKS:

1. You order and answer a short questionnaire about your property

2. I write everything and send it for your review

3. You request changes if needed, then copy it straight into your listing

I use AI-assisted tools for drafting, followed by careful human review for accuracy and tone. Available in English and Icelandic.
