- Verification of information: Check Eligibility and verification of patients health benefits from insurance carriers website or through phone call verification.

- Claim Submission: (primary, secondary or tertiary)

- Posting of Payments: EOB posting while creating adjustments as per allowed amounts and leaving patient portion.

- AR Management: Working on claims not closed over thirty days. Closing ledgers and filing appeals and denial management.

- Strong claims follow up on denials from insurances like Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS Semi Government, Managed care and Commercial Insurances (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, etc...)

- Send Accurate Patient Statement to the Patients, Remind them on call and follow ups.

Daily, Monthly and annual Financial reports preparation
