Do I need to give you access to my NinjaOne account?
Yes. I will need temporary admin access to configure your patch management policies. All credentials are kept strictly confidential and access is revoked immediately after delivery.
Will patching disrupt my clients business hours?
No. I configure maintenance windows specifically around your clients working hours so patches are applied automatically during off peak times without any disruption.
Do you patch third party applications or just Windows?
Both. Depending on your package I configure Windows OS patching as well as third party applications like Chrome, Adobe, Zoom and other commonly used business software.
What if a patch causes issues on a device?
I configure patch approval workflows and rollback policies so you have full control over what gets deployed and when. No patch goes out without a safety net.
How many patch policies do you create?
Basic includes 1 policy, Standard includes up to 3 custom policies and Premium includes unlimited policies tailored to each client or device group.
Will I understand the setup after you are done?
Yes. Every package except Basic includes full documentation explaining every policy created, every schedule configured and every rule put in place so your team always knows what is running.
Can you work with my existing patch setup in NinjaOne?
Yes. If you already have patch policies configured I will audit them, fix any issues and optimize everything to make sure your patching is running correctly and efficiently.
What information do I need to provide before you start?
Just your NinjaOne admin access, a list of your client device groups and any specific patching preferences such as blackout windows or software exclusions. I handle everything else.
Do you cover server patching as well as workstations?
Server patching is included in the Premium package. Basic and Standard focus on workstation and endpoint patching to keep things clean and risk controlled.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every package includes revisions. Basic gets 1 revision, Standard gets 2 and Premium gets 3. I will not close the order until your patch management is running exactly the way you need it.
