What do you need to start?
I need access to your Lodgify account, your property details, photos, branding, rates, availability and booking policies.
Do I need an active Lodgify subscription?
Yes. You need a Lodgify plan that supports the agreed features. The package price covers my setup and design work. Lodgify subscriptions, domains and third party fees are paid separately.
Will guests be able to book directly through my website?
I will configure Lodgify’s booking engine so guests can check availability and submit a reservation or instant booking, according to your settings.
Can you connect Airbnb and Vrbo?
Standard includes one eligible channel connection per property, and Premium includes two. These cover existing listings.
Can you set holiday rates and minimum stays?
Yes. Standard includes up to two seasonal date ranges per property, and Premium includes up to four.
Will the website work on mobile phones?
Yes. I will check and adjust the available Lodgify layouts for mobile and desktop use. Customization is subject to the selected template and the website builder’s capabilities.
