Can you fix the “Shipping not available” message?
Often, if the cause is a Shopify setting such as a missing zone, mismatched profile, fulfillment location or rate condition. I diagnose it first. External carrier and app issues may require a separate service.
. Will you change my live shipping rates?
I review the current setup and agree on changes before editing live settings. I test with fresh checkouts and sample delivery addresses. I do not modify checkout code.
Can you fix shipping for other countries?
Yes, when the countries and fulfillment rules are supported by your store. I check market and shipping eligibility, then configure the zones or market shipping options included in your package.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. Grant Shopify collaborator access with only the required permissions. Never share a password. I will tell you if additional access is needed for locations or shipping apps.
