What do you need from me to get started?
Just a clear description of the workflow or process you want automated, and access/credentials to the tools involved (CRM, email, spreadsheets, etc.) once we're ready to build. I'll confirm exact requirements after you message me with your project details.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes each package includes revisions to make sure the automation works exactly as needed. Revision count is listed per package; if you need more than included, I'm happy to quote additional rounds.
Can you fix or improve an automation I already built?
Yes. I review existing n8n or Make.com workflows, fix broken triggers, clean up messy logic, and optimize performance — this can be scoped as its own smaller project if you don't need a full new build.
Do I need to host n8n myself, or do you handle that?
Both are possible. I can build on your existing self hosted n8n instance, or set up hosting for you (including VPS and Docker configuration) if you don't have one yet.
Is my business data kept confidential?
Yes I treat all client data, credentials, and workflow logic as strictly confidential, and I'm happy to sign an NDA for larger projects.
What happens after delivery — do you offer ongoing support?
Each package includes a bug fix window after delivery. If you want ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or new features added over time, I offer that separately on a retainer basis.

What if I'm not technical at all will I understand how it works?
Yes. Every delivery includes plain-language documentation and a walkthrough, so you can manage or hand off the system without needing to read code
