Which of the three platforms do you work in?
All three. Practice Better for protocol and program driven practices, OptiMantra for integrative clinics that need inventory and prescribing, CharmHealth for practices wanting a certified EHR at a lower cost. Tell me yours.
Can you set up Fullscript and Rupa Health?
Yes, both. Fullscript so supplement protocols are recommended and tracked from the chart, Rupa Health so labs are ordered and results land back in the client file. You need your own accounts with each.
Do I need the subscription already?
Yes. I configure your account, I do not resell the software. Trials are fine to start, but some features sit on higher plans, so tell me which plan you are on and I will work within it.
Can you build my protocols, not just the templates?
I build the template structure, automations and delivery so your protocols are reusable. The clinical content stays yours. Send me your existing protocols and I will turn them into templates you can apply in one click.
Do you set up group programs and courses?
Yes. Programs and Courses with module structure, drip scheduling, enrolment, group sessions and the client facing delivery. Tell me how many programs and whether they run on a cohort or rolling basis.
Do you handle insurance or superbills?
Superbills yes, and claims where the platform supports it through Claim.MD or Office Ally. Most functional medicine practices are cash pay, so tell me which you are and I will not build what you do not need.
Is my client data safe with you?
Yes. I work inside your account under my own login, I sign a BAA on request, I use no third party tools on your data, and my access is removed as soon as you confirm handover.
Can you move me off spreadsheets?
Yes, and that is a common starting point here. Send a sample of how you track clients, protocols and programs now, and I will map it into the platform rather than making you rebuild it by hand.
