I can work with biomedical, medical, biological, experimental, omics, gene expression, clinical-style, assay-based or image-based datasets, depending on the project structure and data quality.
Do you offer both machine learning and deep learning?
I can build machine learning models and, when the dataset is suitable, deep learning models using Python. For small datasets, traditional machine learning may be more appropriate.
Can you work with gene expression or omics data?

Can you guarantee high accuracy?
No. Model performance depends on sample size, data quality, class balance and biological signal. I will build and evaluate the model properly, but I cannot guarantee a specific accuracy before analysis.
What will I receive?
Depending on the package, you may receive a cleaned dataset, Jupyter Notebook, trained model, evaluation metrics, plots, feature importance or SHAP interpretation, and a technical report.
Do you provide source code?
Yes. Source code can be included as a Jupyter Notebook or Python script, depending on the package and project requirements.
Can this model be used for medical diagnosis?
No. This service is for research, exploratory analysis, technical reports and decision support only. It is not intended for clinical diagnosis or medical device development.
What do you need to start?
I need your dataset, a description of the variables, the target or outcome column, your project goal, and any specific requirements for code, figures or report format.
Can you work with confidential data?
Yes, but please anonymize personal or sensitive information before sharing files. I can also review an NDA if needed before starting the project.
