WHAT YOU GET
A written report, not a tool export. Findings are counted per failing practice, not per resource, each with evidence, risk, severity and a concrete fix. Savings are given as ranges, and the roadmap is ordered by risk, starting with the first week. If something critical turns up, I tell you the same day.
Access is a read-only IAM role that you create and can delete at any time. I change nothing in your accounts and cannot read the contents of your data.

FAQ
Is this the official AWS Well-Architected Review?
No. It is an independent assessment that follows the Well-Architected Framework and other AWS guidance. It does not use the AWS partner program and comes with no AWS credits.
Do you fix the problems you find?
The report tells you exactly what to change and in which order. Remediation is not included. I can quote it separately once you have seen the findings.
How much will I save?
I cannot promise a figure before looking. The report gives savings as a range per finding, with the calculation, and marks which ones are certain and which need validation first.
Do you do penetration testing?
No. I identify what is exposed from configuration and say so clearly, but I do not attempt connections or exploit anything.
