About this gig

Most Klaviyo accounts leak money in the same three places, in this order.

CAPTURE. The popup asks for too much, offers a generic discount, and loses mobile visitors before they see it. You pay for the click and lose the email.

CONVERT. The core flows are not set up right. Welcome, abandonment, and reactivation are missing or barely working. You paid to acquire that customer once, then nothing brings them back. The email you captured is the cheapest way to sell them again, and most stores never use it.

MONETIZE. A few campaigns a month against a 3 to 4 per week benchmark. Usually the biggest number in the audit and the cheapest to fix.

Fix those three in order and the compounding works for you. Every percent captured at the top feeds every flow and campaign from then on.

I run this system on a live ecommerce account as the operator, not an agency hire: 18.87% signup-form conversion, roughly 4x the ecommerce average, and 29.4% of revenue attributed to Klaviyo.

Five years across six industries taught me the same craft: retention, offers, and copy that speaks to what the customer is worried about.

Operator, not an agency. You work with me directly. Bilingual EN and FR, Montreal.

I build the Klaviyo email & SMS programs that turn the traffic you already pay for into repeat revenue. Most stores leak in the same three spots: a weak signup form, a one-email welcome flow where there should be 4-6, and abandonment flows that barely fire. I fix them in the order that compounds fastest. On the store I run email for now: 18.87% signup-form conversion (~4x the ecommerce average) and 29.4% of total revenue from Klaviyo. Operator, not an agency, you work with me directly. Bilingual EN/FR. Send me your store URL and I'll tell you the first thing I'd fix.
