About this gig
Set up Instantly or Smartlead using your own domains and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes.
Basic: authentication review/configuration, connection of up to three existing inboxes and a setup guide.
Standard: up to six inboxes, one three-email sequence (300 words total), field mapping and a test import of up to 100 contacts.
Premium: up to nine inboxes, two three-email sequences (600 words total), a 250-contact test import and one scoped CRM integration with two agreed operations.
We agree on sending settings, unsubscribe handling and suppression rules. Campaigns remain ready for your approval. Ongoing sending and reply management are separate.
You provide authorized access, approved claims and lawfully obtained contacts you are permitted to use. Domains, inboxes, platforms, verification and API usage are your costs. List sourcing and bulk scraping are not included.
Inbox placement, replies, meetings and revenue are not guaranteed. For 14 days after delivery, I correct reproducible setup defects against the agreed scope. New features and ongoing operation are separate.

Which platforms do you support?
This Gig is optimized for Instantly and Smartlead using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Contact me before ordering for Saleshandy, Lemlist, custom SMTP or another stack.
Can you guarantee inbox placement, open rates or booked meetings?
No. Authentication is one factor; content, contact quality, reputation, recipient systems and sending behavior also affect results. No reply, meeting or revenue result is guaranteed.
Are domains, mailboxes and software subscriptions included?
No. You buy, own and pay for these services. Packages assume existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes. I identify required access and services before work begins.
Does the service include copywriting and email design?
Standard includes one plain-text sequence of 3 emails, up to 300 words total. Premium includes two 3-email sequences, up to 600 words total. Basic includes no copy. Graphic newsletters, HTML templates, lead lists and legal review are separate.
What access will you need?
I normally need temporary role-based access to your DNS provider, email administrator and Instantly or Smartlead account. Access is limited to the project scope and should be revoked or rotated after handover.
Do you launch campaigns or manage replies?
These packages prepare the agreed setup and sequence. You approve copy and launch. Ongoing sending, optimization and reply management require a separate written scope.
Do you provide contact lists?
No. You provide lawfully obtained contacts and confirm that you are permitted to use them for the campaign. The package includes only the stated import/test allowance.
What does Premium's CRM integration include?
One documented CRM integration with up to two agreed operations, such as logging a reply and updating contact status, plus error notification. Additional objects, bidirectional sync and complex deduplication require separate scope.
