I will do usability testing of your website or app in german on video with report

Message me before you order. Send me your URL and tell me what you want visitors to do, and I'll tell you which package fits — or that none of them do. Two minutes, and it saves us both a cancellation.

Yes. You get the findings ranked by severity as a PDF, plus the annotated Figma file that every finding sits on. It isn't twenty pages of prose — it's each problem, how serious it is, and what to do about it.

Because you should see where someone hesitates, not just read that they did. The report tells you what is wrong; the video shows you the moment it happens, in my own voice, unedited.

No. This is an expert review — I test it myself as a first-time visitor, thinking out loud. Recruiting a panel of real users is a different service and costs several times as much. If that is what you need, message me before ordering.

I can't promise that, and nobody can promise it honestly. What I can promise is that you will know exactly where visitors hesitate and why. Acting on it is the part that moves the number.

Yes. A staging environment, a test login or plain Figma screens all work just as well. Send whatever you have.

Yes. The video and the Figma file go to you and to nobody else. Nothing is published or used as an example without your permission.

Four things: the URL or Figma link, what a visitor should be able to do on that page, who your target audience is, and login details if the page needs them.

Two days on every package. Most of this category takes four to seven days. If you need it in 24 hours, that's available as an extra.
