About this gig
I will choreograph your First Dance to the song of your choice! Your order comes with an original choreography tailored to your skill level, and around 15 - 30 minutes of videos providing instructions on the basic steps of the dance and step-by-step breakdown of your choreography.
Choose your wedding song and enjoy learning a romantic dance with your sweetheart from the comfort of your own home! My upbeat instructions will keep you engaged and having fun like it is a date night.
**Note: Basic choreographies will be a maximum of 1 minute long, and Standard a maximum of 2 minutes long**
I am able to choregraph most music in any of the following styles. I will listen to your song and let you know which styles fit musically, OR you can request a certain style and I will let you know which songs of your choice fit that style:
- Salsa
- Bachata
- Merengue
- Rumba
- Foxtrot
- Waltz/VWaltz
- 2 Step
- Tango
- Cha Cha
- Hustle
- West Coast Swing
I do flash mobs and parent/child dances, too! Ask me for more details or select the Premium package to purchase multiple dances.

Hi! I'm a Dance Instructor based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 10+ years of experience dancing, competing, teaching, and choreographing! My specialty is working with brand new dancers, primarily adults who want to learn to social dance, as well as wedding couples. FAQ
How long should I practice a First Dance before the wedding?
For most beginner dancers, I would recommend starting to practice at least 2 months before your wedding. The more ingrained the dance is in your muscle memory, the better! I've had many successful couples also complete a beautiful First Dance within 1 month before the wedding.
How challenging is your first dance choreography?
Unless you specify that you have dance experience, I make my choreographies as simple and straight-forward as possible to keep it easy and fun, while also including plenty of whimsy and romance.
I have two left feet. Three, even. Will you be able to choregraph for me?
Absolutely! Most of my wedding couples have 0 dance experience. You will look like a pro to your guests after practicing with your sweetheart from the tutorial videos!
Will you choreograph an alternate dance style, ie. Flash mobs, hip hop, etc?
If you have an alternate request not listed in the styles above, just contact me and let me know what you'd like! I'll let you know if it's doable. I have done flash mobs and alternate styles of dances in the past.
Can you choreograph a Parent and Child Dance?
Absolutely! Those are some of my favorites. You can choose the Basic or Standard package and specify that it is for a parent/child dance, or go Premium and get 2 dances for your wedding!
