Not necessarily. I can set up your AI assistant using either the official Meta API or alternative methods, depending on your needs and budget. If you choose the official API, WhatsApp charges a small fee per conversation.
Where will the chatbot be hosted?
The chatbot needs a server/hosting to run 24/7. You can use a VPS or cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Hetzner, Contabo). I’ll guide you through the setup, but the hosting cost is paid by you.
Can the bot be trained with my business data?
