About this gig
I will compose and record original classical or electric cello tracks in the best quality. I have an acoustically treated studio space and DPA and Lewitt microphones. The classical cello is a top-quality instrument crafted by a luthier, while the electric cello is a five-string NS DESIGN with multi-effects, which allows me to excel in rock and metal music as well. I have been collaborating with many artists performing contemplative, orchestral, pop, rock, and metal music for years. I have numerous recordings to my credit, including performances as a soloist with a professional classical orchestra. In 2015, I released the original album 'GREY EMOTIONS, DEPRECIATED FEELINGS,' which I arranged for electric cello accompanied by a classical orchestra. I am Daniel “DanielS” Sobiesiak, a concert and electric cellist, composer, and graduate of the University of Music in Gdansk, Poland. I’ve won awards in several Polish cello competitions and performed internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, touring in New Zealand, Austria, Australia, China, South Korea, Spain, the UK, Iceland, Canada, and the USA. Since 2005, I’ve collaborated with contemporary music, rock-progressive, ambient, and post-metal groups. Last year, I completed studies in the audio igniter faculty. I love creating emotional and touching sound.
