What do I need to provide to get started?
A description of the bug, steps to reproduce it, any error messages or screenshots, and access to your codebase (GitHub link, zip file, or server credentials via Fiverr's encrypted chat).
Does one package cover one bug or multiple?
Each package covers one bug. If you have multiple issues, message me first so we can discuss the right approach.
What counts as a complex bug?
A complex bug spans multiple parts of the system, involves performance or security, or requires significant effort to reproduce and trace. If unsure, describe it in a message and I'll guide you to the right package.
What if you can't fix the bug?
I'll let you know before starting if the issue is outside my scope. If I discover mid-work that it can't be resolved within the package, I'll communicate immediately before proceeding.
Can you fix bugs in code built by someone else?
Yes, as long as it uses the tech stack listed. Unfamiliar codebases may take a bit more analysis time, which is already accounted for in the delivery estimate.
Is domain or hosting included?
No. This service covers code-level bug fixing only. Domain and hosting are separate.
