FAQ
What's source file?
Source file is an editable version of design. It has to be done in certified design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and similar since printing offices do not accept files done in programs such as MS Office.
My order autocompleted, what can I do?
It is okay to make smaller adjustment through inbox right after autocompletion. If you miss the chance to request a more complex revision within three day deadline you have, it is necessary to open a new order for additional revisions as all the work has to be done through order, not inbox.
What's the difference between concept and revision?
Revision is minor adjustment that doesn't change the overall design for more than 20-30%. Asking for a completely new graphic on logo or stationery requires me to send you a gig extra for additional concept.
Can I add more stationery items or replace them with something else that I need?
Absolutely! Please, contact first so i can let you know if your request can be done.
What info should I provide?
Short business description, logo file, dimensions for the stationery, contact details, inspirational examples.
