I convert one selectable-text PDF with clear, consistent table columns into Excel (.xlsx) and CSV. Both prices cover up to 25 pages, 1,000 data rows and 15 columns, whichever limit comes first, with 2-day delivery after complete requirements and 2 revisions.
You receive:
- Excel and CSV files
- Frozen headers, filters and readable column widths in Excel
- Source values, IDs and leading zeros preserved
- Repeated page headers removed from continuing tables
- A short check summary with row/column counts and any issues found
Clear multipage tables are welcome. Scans, photos, handwriting, password-protected files and complex merged tables are excluded.

What will I receive?

What do the 2 revisions cover?
Corrections or formatting adjustments within the original PDF and agreed scope. A replacement file, extra pages or rows, new tables, or additional analysis requires a new agreement.
Will IDs and leading zeros stay intact?
Yes, I store identifiers as text in Excel and retain their source characters in CSV. Excel may auto-convert a CSV when opened directly, so I include brief import instructions to help you preserve zeros.
Do you change number or date formats?
I preserve source values by default. If you need specific number or date formats, include your requirements so I can confirm them before conversion. I do not guess missing values or silently change IDs.
