I will find local businesses without websites for web design leads

About this gig
If you sell web design, SEO or marketing to local businesses, the best ones to call are the ones with no site or a broken one. A plain list of 2,000 won't tell you which those are.
So I built something for that. Tell me your niche and your area and I'll pull every matching local business, then my script opens each company's own site. Is there a site at all? Does it still load? Does it have SSL? Is it set up for phones? Does the footer still say 2019? Each business gets a plain reason to call, and the list is sorted so the best ones sit on top. I can also send only the ones with no site.
Every lead comes with
- Business name, category and full address
- Phone number and website
- A public email where one exists, with the mail server checked
- Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn where listed
- The reason to call, with chains sorted last
You get one clean Excel file with duplicates merged.
Listings come from open map data and emails from each company's own site, built fresh for your order. In my Phoenix sample run, 553 of 2,356 auto repair shops had no site listed and 340 had a dead one.
Message me your niche and city first and I'll send 10 free sample leads.

FAQ
Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. Send me your niche and city and I'll reply with 10 real leads from that search, so you can check the quality before you pay anything.
How many leads will I actually get?
It depends on how many businesses exist. A small town might only have 40 dentists, and that's all I can give you. A list of only the ones without a website is smaller, like 553 of 2,356 auto repair shops in Phoenix. I'll tell you the count before you order.
Where does the data come from?
Listings come from Overture Maps open data, with data from Meta, Microsoft and others. Emails and site checks come from each company's own website. I don't scrape Google Maps, but when I compared 196 Houston dentists from Google Maps, this data had 189 of them.
Are the emails verified?
Every email comes from the business's own site or listing, and I check that its domain has a working mail server. That removes dead domains. It doesn't prove someone reads that inbox, and not every business publishes an email. In my Houston run about 65% had one.
What does a reason to call mean?
One line saying why that business might need you, like no website listed, a site that no longer loads, no SSL, not set up for phones, or a footer stuck on an old year. Tell me what you sell and I'll rank the reasons that matter to you first.
Will you send the emails or make the calls?
No. I build the list and you do the outreach, following the email and calling rules where you operate.
Who will I be working with?
Just me, Danial. I'm doing an MS in Artificial Intelligence at LUMS and I wrote this pipeline myself. No agency and no hand-offs, and I answer every message myself.
How do you know a business has no website?
Its open map listing has no website on it. That's usually right but not always: when I tested 170 Houston dentists, 4 marked no website actually had one. A site marked as no longer loading doesn't resolve at all, and 39 of 40 I rechecked were really down.
