What do I need to get started?

Will removing the virus delete my files?
No. I only remove malicious software, not your personal files. Before any cleanup I will confirm with you what will be removed. Your documents, photos, and files are safe throughout the process.
How long does the fix take?
Most issues are resolved in 1 to 3 hours depending on the problem. Virus removal and cleanup jobs are usually faster. BSOD fixes and data recovery may take a bit longer. I'll give you a realistic estimate once I diagnose your system.
What if my problem comes back after you fix it?
