FAQ
Can you do different accents?
I can do the majority of American accents, including New York, Southern, Boston and General Midwest/American. I can do passable British, Irish, and Eastern European, though if your entire project is one of those accents I'm probably not your best option.
Can you add sound effects?
Yes. Simple sound effects (gunshot, screeching car, door slam) are included in the pricing. More detailed sound effects or music interludes (or background), would be extra.
Can you do dual narration projects?
I love dual narration. I specialize in dialog with different male protagonists POVs, but can do a male-female narration, or will work to find a suitable female voice artist to provide those chapters.
What do you use to record?
I have a home studio with a Shure 87A microphone, wind screen, Shure X2u converter and an iMac. I record all books using Adobe Audition, saving raw files in .wav format and all finished files in .mp3. Can provide in mono or stereo.
Can you sing?
Not well. But if your character sings a few lines, it sounds MUCH better if those lines are sung, not spoken in a "sing-songy" way, so I will do my level best.
