A major error or edit is a single website function that causes an error, a poorly coded plugin that needs to be identified and removed or an error in which files need to be repaired, the site needs configuration work or custom code snippets are required to restore functionality.
Do you provide ongoing support for this repair?
I provide support for any freelance projects I complete. Support includes fixing any mistakes I make and fixing any bugs if I am required to use custom code. Please note; this support ends once an administrator or user logs in and makes any changes to themes, plugins, core files or custom code.
Will you monitor my WordPress website?
No. I will not monitor your WordPress website on an ongoing basis. Premium services are available if you require monitoring on an ongoing basis.
