I will build or fix your java spring boot backend and rest API

About this gig
Most Java backends I'm asked about aren't new. They are Spring MVC apps with JSP pages and MyBatis mappers that someone has to change without breaking the parts nobody remembers. I've worked in that kind of code for years, and I also build new services on Spring Boot.
What I take on:
- Fixing a broken endpoint, a slow query or a transaction that half-commits
- Adding REST endpoints to an older Spring MVC app so a new frontend or mobile app can use it
- A small Spring Boot service from scratch: JPA or MyBatis, MySQL or PostgreSQL, JWT login, Docker
- Connecting your backend to Stripe, Shopify or another outside API
How it goes:
- Send me the repository (or the part that matters) and what should change. Before you order, I reply with the list of endpoints or files I expect to touch.
- I work on a branch and keep the existing style of the codebase, even when it isn't mine.
- You get a pull request, tests for the change, and a few lines on how to run it locally.
I write in plain English over Fiverr messages and send progress notes every day. I don't need calls.
Ask me for my public Spring Boot sample: a webhook relay with signature checks, retries and 9 tests in CI.

FAQ
Can you work on an old Spring version?
Yes. I start by checking the Java and Spring versions and tell you if anything blocks the change before I write code.
Do you write tests?
Every package includes tests for what I changed. If the project has no test setup, Standard and Premium add one.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything goes to your repository.
