Messy spreadsheet? Duplicate rows, mixed date formats, extra spaces, broken phone numbers, names in the wrong case - I turn it into a clean, consistent file you can filter, share, upload or report on straight away.

Can you follow my own cleaning rules?
Yes. Tell me in the order form, e.g. keep certain rows, use a specific date format, flag instead of delete. I confirm the plan before I start.
How many rows can each package handle?
Basic: up to 10,000 rows. Standard: up to 25,000. Premium: up to 50,000. Bigger files are fine - message me and I will send a custom offer.
My file is huge or has millions of rows - can you help?
Excel struggles beyond a certain size, so I use Python for that. See my 'Python data cleaning' gig or message me for the best option.
Do you fix formulas and make charts?
Standard adds a pivot summary and some charts. Premium adds broken-formula fixes and a detailed analysis report and summary sheet. Basic is data cleaning only and quick summary.
What file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm), CSV and Google Sheets. For Sheets, share the link with edit access or send a copy. Not sure about your format? Message me first.
Is my data safe?
I use your files only for your order, never share them, and delete them from my devices after you approve the delivery. You can also send an anonymised sample.
How long does delivery take?
Basic 1 day, Standard 1 days, Premium 2 days. Need it faster? Add the fast delivery extra or message me before ordering.
Will you change my original file?
No. You receive the cleaned file and your original stays untouched, plus a change log listing what was changed so nothing is a surprise.
