Tell me the two tools and the hand-off that fails most often. You get the data moving on its own, a daily check that nothing was dropped, and one message to you when something needs a human. Senior engineers only. If the fix is a spreadsheet formula, I will say so and charge you nothing.
What you get: the automation, in a repository you own; a daily check with a one-line alert; a hand-over note that says how to pause it, how to read the log, and who to call. Credentials are never stored in the delivered code.
