Yes, please contact me before any migration or major version upgrade. Send your website URL, platform, current and target versions, hosting providers, and requested work. For email migration, include the number and total size of your mailboxes. I will confirm the scope before you order.

Basic covers one minor error OR plugins/modules update. Standard covers a hosting transfer with agreed email migration, keeping the same CMS version. Premium covers an agreed major CMS version upgrade. These are separate services; packages do not automatically include each other.

I work with existing WordPress, PrestaShop and Joomla websites. Please share your current version, theme, plugins or modules, and any custom features so I can check compatibility and recommend the right scope.

Yes, Standard includes migration of the agreed hosted mailboxes, including existing messages and folders where supported. Mailbox count, total size and provider compatibility are confirmed before ordering. Contacts, calendars and external email platforms require a separate assessment.

Keep your old hosting and email service active until the agreed migration is complete and we have checked the website, transferred messages, and email sending and receiving. Please do not cancel the old service before these checks are completed.

Premium includes one agreed major CMS upgrade, backup, compatibility review, staging and key functionality tests. Custom code changes, incompatible theme or module replacements, and paid licenses are quoted separately. Older or heavily customized sites may need a custom offer.

A website backup is included before the agreed changes. Major upgrades are tested in staging. I plan migrations to reduce disruption, but brief downtime or DNS propagation may occur. Timing and the switch to the new hosting are agreed before starting.

Depending on the service, I may need website admin, hosting, database, DNS and email access, plus a staging environment for major upgrades. Use temporary accounts with the necessary permissions where possible. You provide hosting and any required paid licenses.
