Yes. The package determines how many document types and packets are included. Please send a redacted sample so I can check its layout and scan quality.
Can you guarantee a particular OCR accuracy?
No. Accuracy varies by document layout, scan quality, and OCR provider. I can test the workflow against your sample files and report the results for that set; unseen documents may perform differently.
Does the price include Azure charges or custom model training?
No. Provider, cloud, and usage fees are paid by the client. Custom model training is not included; I’ll assess whether it makes sense after reviewing representative documents.
Can the system make sanctions decisions, assign legally binding HS codes, or file customs declarations?
No. I can help build document-processing or decision-support workflows, but legal and compliance decisions must be verified by a qualified person. Customs filing is not included.
Can you connect it to our TMS, ERP, WeBOC, or PSW workflow?
