Yes. This is a common release-only problem, usually a native module, a missing config or env variable, or a build setting. The Build Error and Crash Rescue package covers it, and you get a tested release build back.
My EAS build failed with a Gradle or Pods error. Which package do I need?
A single build error is the Basic package. If the fix needs dependency changes across the project, it is Standard. Send the full build log first and we will tell you which one fits.
Google Play or Apple will not accept my update. Can you help?
Yes. We update the target API or SDK and rebuild, for example Android target API 36 or an Xcode 26 build. Premium covers up to 2 Expo SDK majors; bigger jumps get a custom offer.
My app was built with AI tools and I can't code. Can you still fix it?
Usually, yes. If the code is very tangled, start with the paid diagnosis extra. You get an honest estimate, and the fee is credited if you order a package afterwards.
Do you need my store passwords or signing keys?
No. Invite us as a collaborator or team member in Play Console or App Store Connect, and to your Git repo. Store approval is decided by Google and Apple, so we cannot promise it, but we fix the issues they report.
