Yes...I can provide the finishing material list if we can agree on the extra cost involved in the design.
4.Can you provide the construction plans as well?
For single story houses, Yes......For multi story houses, I have a partner who is specialized in structural design and I could provide the files by working with him. That means It would be a multi personnel project .
