What kind of files do I need to provide?
For audio, please provide either WAV or mp3 format. For video, most common video file formats are fine. Please ensure that everything is labeled in a way that makes sense. If you have lots of files, please label them sequentially. If you have multiple camera angles, label them.
Do you remove ALL the uhms?
Not all "ums" are the same. Some are attached to other words, making them difficult to remove without resulting in an unnatural and choppy sound. You want your podcast to sound as natural as possible, so it's better to leave them in rather than risk making a bad edit while trying to remove them.
Do you reduce background noise?
Yes, I reduce the background noise in your audio. However, please know that if your audio is really bad, the end result may not be perfect. If you're worried about quality, send me a sample of your content first and I will send a short sample.
Do you provide music?
No, music is a very subjective matter and I leave that to the client to find and send over.
Do you edit video podcasts ?
Yes, I do! Simply choose the premium package and provide any specific instructions that you'd like to be followed.
What is your revision policy?
Each order includes one revision. Additional revisions can be purchased as a gig extra before or during an order. Each additional revision will add 1 day to the delivery time, to allow for the additional edits.
