I will design customized learning solutions and training programs for your organization

Need training that fits your people, not a generic course? I design customized learning solutions built around your business goals, with 8 years of experience across the GCC and clients such as SEHA, Masdar, SKMCA, Johnson and Johnson, Abu Dhabi Aviation, RAI, IATA and Mednet. What I do: training needs analysis and learning objectives; programme and curriculum design; facilitator guides, participant workbooks and activities; leadership and capability programmes; professionally designed slide decks. How it works: you share your goals and audience, I send a short brief for approval, then I deliver the design in clear stages with revisions included.
